My technician "Ryan" was phenomenal, he was polite, smart, friendly, on time and he explained everything to me in layman's terms so that i could understand it. I thought that it needed a few adjustments.He made the adjustments. Now everything is operating smoothly. I did not receive a receipt that I signed. Please send it to me. Our technician was awesome! Both techs very proffessional and courtesy. Brian should be commended for such professional service. He is a tremendous credit and representative of Sears! The man who installed the garage door was great - very polite and professional! Mike was great and extremely professional the guys were great. they explained everything and demonstrated how to do things. they provided outstanding service . My technician was Asuncion Bravo. He answered all my questions and really took the time to explain what he did and why he did it. He was respectful, kind and an all around pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend him highly. I hope that next year when I do the yearly service on my garage doors I can request him! I think the charge of $75.00 to come out and find nothing wrong and not have to do anything at all . Didn't have to do work is pretty high. I have Sears, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Not sure I would call Sears if something went wrong with them. e-mail receipts are not something I like. I would much prefer a paper receipt at the time of service. Jeff did a great job! Now we'll see what installation and performance match the above... My experience with sears on this issue was propably the best experience I could have expected. 1st- the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and educated on the topic of my garage door. 2nd the appt time could not have been any better! They were here within an hour of me calling! 3rd - the techniicans were very friendly and explained the work and charges accordingly prior to starting their work.
