Jeff, the service technician who came out was wonderful. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He had the parts in his truck (this was a big deal for me; recently my washing machine broke and I had to wait three weeks for it to get fixed because they had trouble getting the right part), and he quickly - and economically - took care of it. As a plus, he also programmed the garage door opener in my car to open the garage door - my old fashioned one still worked (barely) because the button was worn out. I would definitely give you *****.
