Garage door opener, 21 days and not resolved yet I ordered a garage door opener from Home Depot on October 22 and still to this day it is not resolved. It was installed but in the box it didn't have the remotes or wireless keypad. I finally got it in the mail last week and now I'm waiting for installer to call after 7pm tonight to tell me a time for tomorrow. Which I don't see happening since it's after 9pm. Never again, I repeat NEVER. Do not have a door or a opener installed by Home Depot. The installer company has horrible costumer service. Professional, on time, installation was neat and opener works perfectly. Installer went the extra step of programming the remote to our cars. Very professional and courteous. Great service, done when promised, perfect job! Needed new garage door opener. Went to Home Depot, the assistant took me to the product, gave me needed info, and I made a selection. He took the box, put in on my cart, took me to his table and within minutes, had not only set up installation, but was able to pay at same time!
Good experience from start to finish. Also, the Company who did the work, extremely polite and did a perfect, clean job. Installers were efficient and polite. Everything was great, but I would have preferred for the wires for the photo beam sensor to be run next to the opener track rather then along the ceiling. Just being nit picky. Found the door on sale with free upgrades and with free installation how could you go wrong. The Clopay door is very well made and went higher on the R factor (live in Texas) found a smooth and quiet operation.Great seals and the installer was stellar!!!! Quick, clean and efficient. Color was true and could not be happier with the whole process. One door often gets stuck One door moves with great friction in the track and is too hard for the opener to pull. Tried to open manually; there is clearly a problem. Called customer service a week ago and was told to wait for call this week. No one has ever called. The installer was prompt, efficient and gave good instructions when finished.

He helped us and answered all our questions. The installer made the whole process seemless I enjoy knowing that when I purchase an item through Home Depot, I don't have to go home and try to find a handyman to hopefully do a good job installing the product. I continue to shop at Home Depot because I can make the arrangements to have it installed right then and there. It took 3 weeks to get hold of the installer, and only one person knew of my request, but in the end I had to call a few times but the work done was great and all ends well, it just took a long time to get done. Took a few weeks to come in, the store led us to believe it would be one week. Great just took a few weeks to come in, the store said one week No Hassle Easy Process The process of ordering, scheduling, and getting the equipment installed was very easy. The installer was very professional and went above and beyond to surpass my expectations by spending time to make the garage door stop squeaking. Only thing I would change is that I would buy the equipment in-store then order the services; otherwise the manufacturer ships products to the installer and that can take a while - I wish they would've explained that to me at the Customer Service desk. Had all kinds of problems. I had a lot of problems with this garage door and kept going back and forth to Home Depot to get them to send the installer back to check the installation but they preferred me going to Lowes which is what I did to get a new garage door and return the one installed by Home Depot.

The installation went well and the installer was very good. Good in the end The front and sales person was not knowledgeable enough to get me the product I wanted. The product was not what I wanted. I had to go through the store manager, district manager, and clopay to get options to resolve the issue.
