Miguel was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Abraham and Miguel were very courteous and very efficient. Abraham thoroughly explained the advantage of enzyme treatment, Scotchguarding, etc. a fine job. Not clear on whether I got additional application to deter dog pee - as I did in New Jersey. I did n't watch what they were doing, so I trust they did full job. (They mentioned additional services for additional cost). Since I live in a single wide park model home, charges should be based on square feet and NOT room count. My rooms are considerably smaller than a standard home. The total area cleaned today was LESS than 250 square feet but because of the room count I paid for more... And, if this is being read to benefit Sears, I have suggestions that would boost store sales in Bradenton, Sarasota and other Florida coastal stores. I will definitely call again. Miguel & I think Rocco maybe - really great. They honestly did the best job I have ever had. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I was also very pleased with the customer service and their flexibility. I was a little behind but told them they could go inside and begin working and I'd be there shortly. They did and it made my life so much easier - they were done by the time I arrived. Thank you Sears - will definitely definitely use Miguel again - he is the best I have seen.
