Lori M. Hunt I have been a resident of Platinum Valley for 10 years. I really enjoy living here and truly appreciate that they allow pets. It's been a great place to call home. Rhonda Hovaldt I have lived at Platinum Valley for 3 or 4 years now, and must say that it is absolutely the BEST. I left an apartment complex that I had lived at for quite a while because the owners/managers let it go on the "wayside" so to speak. I could no longer live with the disrespect, the noise, the attitude of "what do you expect when you live in an apartment complex". I had heard about Platimum Valley from a neighbor who was moving out of state, so I checked it out, and was extremely pleased from the very beginning. Patti has always been open to listen to the tenants who live here along with those who may be moving here. I've seen & heard her with others and must say that, even though others aren't always kind & may be in bad moods, she is the one who takes the high road.
I also know that I can count on her to put a stop to others who are being disrespectful to the other tenants and to the property. If the tenants need to know about something coming up, she makes sure that notices are put up for all to see as far in advance as she possibly can. If there were grammy's for apartment complex managers, she would get the prize. She truely is the best I've seen in a very long time. I can't leave the others who are employed here out. The maintenance crew is always on top of things and keeping up with repairs & maintenance of the complex - rain, snow, sunshine or grey days when we'd all rather be inside reading a book & relaxing. They are doing what needs to be done. I've had to call before 5:30 in the morning because I couldn't get our garage door to open, and a tired but helpful individual answered the phone when I called and was very patient with me. He got a super sweet woman to come down at that time of the morning and do what needed to be done to get the door open.
I've talked with her before (I believe she lives in building 6401), and she is as sweet, king & helpful as Patti. The cleaning people are also the best. I was surprised to see that they even take the time to clean the carpet in the underground garage by the elevator. They and maintenance do all they can to make sure that our surroundings are clean and free of debris. They are all (from Patti, to the lady who helped with the garage door, to the maintenance crew, to the cleaning people) the absolute BEST. I am very proud and pleased to be a tenant at Platinum Valley, and feel strongly that the people here need to be recognized & praised for the work they do. Carole Olson I have been residing in my apartment approximately 1 year. I also have underground parking. The hallways are kept clean and the cleaning crew is very pleasant and friendly.
The management takes special care to keep the underground parking clean. The apartments are virtually sound proof as I do not hear everyday noises. The location is close to amenities, but still far enough away to give you a sense of privacy. I would and have, highly recommended these apartments to my friends. I don't use the other amenities such as the indoor swimming pool or exercise room due to my age, but it is a great feature. The manager and staff were always very nice and approachable, and the maintenance staff was always on top of it! We especially liked the fact that there is a washer/dryer in our apt and central air. It is on a Bus route, close to shopping mall, LewisDrug, Resturants, two banks, Interstate going North and South, as well as 69 th across town West to East in less than 10 mins, and winter time snow routes.
