Game Designer

We are looking for a Game Designer to join our NEW Poker team at GamePoint.

You will be working with a highly motivated team that is tasked to break new ground in the online poker space. As the game designer, you have an opportunity to leave your mark, be its champion and grow it and yourself into a more senior ownership role. You get to co-create something super cool!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your team to provide product design and support.
• Working with executive, carry the vision, design the core game experience, supporting meta and other game-related content.
• Create clear and concise technical specifications for game design documentation, content and features.
• Assess and apply qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve the game's design, balance, revenue and players' experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in mobile game design
• 1+ year experience in live operation of the game
• Experience in designing targeted game content to appeal to a specific audience
• Deep understanding of F2P economies,
• Core and metagame design, balance and tuning
• Experience writing clear and concise design specifications, user flows, and feature documentation
• Solid knowledge of free-to-play gaming, the AAA space and games in general.
• Working with Unity and Figma is a plus
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Upper-Intermediate English language skills: written and oral as you will be working with an international team.
• An avid gamer and poker enthusiast.
