We arrived on a freezing cold night and were so happy to check into a clean, cozy and spacious room with a whirlpool tub. The receptionist was helpful and it's a quick drive into downtown Edmundston. Thank you La Roma Motel, we will definitely stay again! Level Contributor“” We stayed here once before, and returned because it has a simple restaurant with good food. Sadly, when we booked the room, the owner forgot to mention that the restaurant was closed for the season. This omission afforded her some amusement, just as on our previous visit she chuckled because she forgot to mention that she was out of nonsmoking... We didn't want to spend a lot of money just to rest our heads, because we would be getting there late. So we booked a room here. we were very pleasantly surprised. Everything you could want in a room. Very clean, fridge, microwave, table...The room had everything we needed. Owners take excellent care of the motel and take great pride in its upkeep. The on-site restaurant served good home cooked food. It was nice not to have to drive all over town looking for a place to eat. We would definitely stay again.
