According to a Goldsboro police report, Ryan Paul Frary, 27, and Kimberly Heather Frary, 31, of 508 W. New Hope Road, Lot 4, each face three counts of felony larceny. Both were placed in the Wayne County Detention Center. Frary's bond is set at $7,5000 secured and Ms. Frary's bond set at $10,000 secured. Maj. Anthony Carmon of the Goldsboro Police Department said he could not confirm whether the couple are married, divorced or otherwise related. The couple allegedly entered each store -- Ross, Big Lots and Bed, Bath and Beyond -- with empty Big Lots bags, filled them with merchandise and left without paying.
"Shop-lifters often use bags from other stores," Carmon said. The thefts took place at Big Lots, 1101 N. Berkeley Blvd., at 1:20 p.m.; at Bed, Bath and Beyond, 1203 N.
