Windemere Inn by the Sea Overview Windermere Inn by the Sea consists of four luxury properties, with a wide selection of individually designed accommodations from inn guest-rooms, to a two bedroom efficiency. The Main House offers five unique guest-rooms. The Carriage House offers two guest-rooms that accommodate children and pets. The Cottage offers four individually designed guest-rooms with a common parlor. 805 Beachside, our latest addition, offers a self-catering spacious 2 bedroom efficiency cottage. 7 night minimum from $175 per night --- $1225. The Caribbean-style beach mansion consists of the breakfast dining room, library, living room, computer area for guests to check emails and print boarding passes and a guest pantry complete with complimentary beverages, coffee, and snacks, all located on the main floor. The inn offers a total of five guest-rooms in the main house with four on the second floor and one at the top of the house. Cozy room located on the second floor with a white four poster queen size bed, TV, bath with a shower spa.

Quiet and private, tucked away at the top of the house with a Queen poster bed, trundle bed for a third adult (extra charge) and Jacuzzi bath with shower, Ocean view from dormer reading nook. The Cottage is a separate house located across from the ocean with four separate guest-rooms, featuring a common area for the guests' use. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, assortment of coffees, teas, snacks, and Bonnie's homemade cookies. Private entrance, located in the front of “The Cottage”across from the beach with a queen bed, TV, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

Secluded off of the courtyard, a newly redecorated Queen size room and a new bathroom with a rain shower corner bath, new vanity , mirror and a beautiful chandelier. Would you like us to remember this setting for you? on February 11, 2017 We arrived to this lovely B&B for a 2-night get-away and immediately upon meeting the owner, Andi, we loved the place. What an inviting, charming and beautiful establishment. When Andi asked us if we had any food allergies and my husband replied that I was a vegan, Andi immediately explained what he was able to provide for the made-to-order breakfast. After we saw our room, our outdoor patio and the heated pool we knew this was going to be a great trip! Watching the pelicans dive all day long and Manatees swim past was just an extra bonus! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone - you will not be disappointed. on February 07, 2017 We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Crane Creek Inn. This quaint Inn is located in a perfect waterfront spot that is within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in downtown Melbourne. Crane Creek Inn is very welcoming and relaxing with a wonderful outdoor pool area that has incredible views of Crane Creek and all it's amazing wildlife.
We stayed in the Royal Palm which was beautifully decorated and had a screened porch where Andy served us our delicious breakfasts. We couldn't have asked for anything better for our stay in Melbourne and will definitely be returning! Outstanding, what a wonderful B&B!! on January 17, 2017 Our stay at Crane Creek Inn exceeded all our exceptions! First, the location could not have been better for us; we were visiting family but also hoped for a bit of a romantic get-away for ourselves. We took full advantage of the easy walk to restaurants and various local establishments, was great to be able to get out and stretch our legs and enjoy the scenery and mingle with other friendly folk. Secondly, the accommodations easily exceeded are expectations; the rooms were cozy and spotless. We had the Ida Mae room, very private, cozy and romantic, with our own private deck overlooking the pool and river. Most importantly Andy was the perfect host, ensuring we are comfortable and our various needs were met.

Can't wait to return! on December 27, 2016 This place was perfect for our little get-a-way. Andy was incredible and one heck of a cook! The room was lovely, especially the decor. We loved lounging by the pool and our morning kayak ride. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be impressed! on October 27, 2016 We only live 20 miles from the Inn, but it felt like we were in Key West. Beautiful property conveniently located within walking distance to the heart of downtown Melbourne! We stayed in the Marigot Room which was huge and adequately supplied for an extended stay. Andy very graciously let us check in early since no one was in the room the night before and let us take our time checking out. Sitting on their chairs overlooking the river was so relaxing. While we didn't go to the ocean side, it is conveniently located to the bridge and just a short trip to the beach.
We highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast. on September 20, 2016 We spent two wonderfully relaxing days at Crane Creek Inn and will be more than happy to return in the future. The room was clean and comfortable, the grounds immaculate, the pool was fabulous and the home style breakfast was right up our alley. Within walking distance to shopping and dining. We've been to a lot of bed and breakfasts and this one is really worth the stay. Wonderful place to stay! on July 18, 2016 Room was great and Andy was laid back, which was much appreciated. Lots of osprey, manatees, ibis and herons to watch. The setting is lovely, well maintained, clean and lovely. We will stay there again on our next visit, Best B&B we've been to --- EVER on February 29, 2016 From the moment we arrived at Crane Creek Inn we knew we were in for a real treat. The property is amazing. The room we had (The Melbourne) was awesome with it's own private covered patio overlooking the creek.
What an amazing and relaxing week we had at Crane Creek Inn. Andy could not have been more accommodating. The breakfasts were awesome. The downtown shopping and dining is literally within steps. Very clean & well maintained. Great hot breakfast served every morning. Good restaurants within easy walk. The view of Crane Creek from the porch, deck or pool is very relaxing. Would not hesitate to stay again-NC wanderers A Bit of Key West in Melborne on February 20, 2016 My brother and sister in law travel with my wife and I on short excursions in Florida now that we are retired. After considering a trip to the Kennedy Space Center, we needed to locate a B&B in the area to use as our "base". Found a special place in Melborne, Florida operated by Andy Durik.
