was told at check in breakfast was served until 10am everyday. when we went to breakfast on Monday at 9am found out it closed at 9am. food was still out so we got a plate but as soon as we were seated the staff quickly grabbed everything into the kitchen.눇Great selection for breakfast. 눉The view from 224 looked out over rooftop, though this wasn't a huge distraction for us. The couch had a hide-away bed, which made the couch itself feel stiff and slightly uncomfortable.눇Had all of the great amenities one expects from a suite. The bowed shower bar was excellent to give more room in the shower. The availability of outlets and usb ports both in the dining/office area as well as on both sides of the bed made charging multiple devices easier. 눉A few minor maintenance issues; we were also given the key to someone else's room upon check-in, and walked into their room.눇Great location for travelers to the Ark Encounter and/or Creation Museum; great kitchen with full-sized fridge and dishwasher, microwave and 2-burner stove (no oven), along with kitchen supplies;
눉The only complaint I found was the lack of handicapped parking in the front of the hotel. 3 parking stalls at the front entrance is just not enough for a hotel this size.눇We stayed at 4 hotels in 10 days and this one was by far the best. From the wonderful breakfasts to the friendly professional staff Homewood Suites outdid their selves. we will stay again and again for sure. 눇Super clean, Nice staff! 눉The pool was freezing cold. I have a disability that cold causes muscle tightness. The pool was not enjoyable for me and I am unable to do hot tubs because of my disability.눇The room was very nice and clean. The pool area need a little attention but I am sure it is hard to clean up after people going in and out in and out.. So I blame the guest not the staff for the pool area. 눉No seal around door. You can hear everything in the hall and they can hear you.눇It was very clean, professional facility. Breakfast was very good, hot eggs, ham, breads, etc. 눉Bigger swimming pool눇Breakfast was awesome
눉The couch in the suite needs to be replaced as it is quite worn and "bottomed out" causing it to be uncomfortable when sitting. Also there were some issues with the tv and dvd player not working properly.눇Loved the suite lay out and amenities. Also enjoyed the pool area and the food offered in the evening. Staff overall were very friendly and helpful. Great location for a hotel. Even though it is a very busy area, the hotel was tucked back amongst trees. 눉Continental breakfast very disappointing, too crowded and very limited breakfast items눇The staff are very professional and courteous. They addressed any questions or concerns promptly. 눉Mattress was a little firm...눇Excellent size room for family of 4. kitchenette came in very handy. Pool was perfect for my 10yr old and 12 yr old. We had great breakfasts each morning! 눉You could hear some thru the ceilings.눇The room was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was really good and we all enjoyed it.
