I could not believe this was rated along with the hotels it was with. I couldn't sleep at all. Very uncomfortable feeling all night! I expected more for the price, but a wonderful hotel! As I have said over and over we had no maid service during our stay. Once when I complained about it they sent the supervisors up to clean our room while we were there waiting. The next day we still had no service or the next. Once a maid looked into our room while we were getting ready and then walked away. She never knocked and never asked if we needed anything. I had to change our own trash bags and clean myself. I thought I was going on vacation. Also, we ordered a smoking room on priceline and wanted to change it.
It was very stale and smoking smelling. They used a machine to clean the air and room better but only after we complained about the smell 2 times. Then we had to leave for 2 hours while they used the machine. I wondered why they didn't just do this before we arrived. I was very disappointed in this hotel.
