I called them because of word of mouth from my cousins who had built a home in Rock Spring, GA. Their tub and glass enclosures were beautifully done and fit perfectly. They came to my condominium and measured precisely after the tub and shower had been installed. After about a week's wait, they were ready to install. I am very proud of what they did and the costs were similar to them being purchased on e-bay and depending on my contractor to install them rather than Allied's professional staff.I later broke a very large plate glass window which reached from floor to ceiling. They replaced it very nicely at a reasonable price from the 14th floor without disturbing the drapes. I will use them again when I need glass or mirrors. After the initial shock, we started calling glass companies. Of all the ones we called only two returned our call. One, who shall remain nameless, said it would be two days before they could get to us. My husband received a call back from Walt, at Allied , and he came over that same night. He was able to secure the broken windows & door areas and returned the next morning and fixed everything. He went the extra mile but sure didn't take advantage of us. I was pleasantly surprised when he gave us the bill. Too bad Walt is not in the Orlando, Florida area, we'd keep him busy with the hurricanes and all. Keep up the good work Allied Glass & Mirror. Walt was there before the dishes were out of the dishwasher and replaced the window. He returned in the morning and replaced the screen which had also been damaged. One told me he could come and look at it in about a week, one, after four days still hasn't called me back. Allied Glass measured the very same day I called, and the mirrors were installed the very next day! They were very professional, and the price was great.
