By the time I tested it, it was too late for a refund. Also it is not very firm and therefore very difficult to get out of.Difficult to inflate because of the design. Nice Chair , easy to pump , strong ....highly recommend it . comfy, i didn't inflate all three parts, only did the largest part. with a couple throw pillows, it is so comfy to sit in Amazed with the product. Very confortable when sitting or lying down on it. The package didn't come with a pump, it took me a while to inflate the sofa with a hair dryer... Tbh not really comfortable, and it deflates easily. So far I'm happy with this chair. It hasn't been used as a bed yet, but I would expect it to be decently comfortable.
