Everything happens on an industrial scale and feels impersonal. Room aircon was far too cold so I switched it off for my stay. After checking out in theory you have to wait for a room check before you can leave with your bags. This took around 5 mins in my case. Really unacceptable if you are in a hurry.눇Like other old hotels of the 'Far East' it has historical significance. A pity the story is not told. Staff are friendly and helpful...but their systems are cumbersome and frustrating. 눇The front desk personnel Lea was very helpful and took the time to find me an early accomodation check in due to flight arrival was early. I requested to avail of the breakfast since my last day i will be departing before the breakfast time.
