Flood

Flood can be defined as the overflow of water in large quantities onto normally dry area. Floods occur due to many things such as excessive rain, overflowing streams of rivers, rivers, lakes or oceans. Flood usually occurs in areas that have less water infiltration or settlements that are lower than watercourses.

There are several ways to prevent flooding ; Throw garbage in its place, planting trees or plants around the house, make drains well, adding water absorption areas, routinely clean the house gutters, do not cut down trees illegally, also do not build houses by the river.
