Floods are made likely by the extreme weather patterns caused by long-term global climate change. As we know risibg global temperatures mean more rain happened. Other than that people's bad habit contribute to make it happen. Littering and reduice drainage area due the wrong construction, that a lot of water flow has been disrupred.
