This is a thin, full-size foam mattress that I've found to work two ways: as a stand-alone, minimalist foam mattress; and then also as a mattress topper. You could even pull this out for guests, as air mattress can really be lousy to sleep on.My video gives my full overview of this mattress, which I got for my full-size (smaller) bed.
