Available in customized widths and pre-primed/pre-machined, each frame can be fire rated in ratings of 20,45,60 and 90 minutes, and are all built to order by hand using sophisticated machinery to ensure you get a top quality frame to complement your door. Doors come primed or unfinished, but can be prefinished or stained if specified. Our 90 minute Fire rated Jamb has been rated to meet STC 37 operable. This is a very important criteria for projects requiring sound control. Since sound waves find the path of least resistance, doors must be tested as a UNIT, so it is advisable to specify an STC rating for the unit (comprising of the fire rated door and fire rated frame) and not just the door.
