End of Financial Year - Timeline to note

ePS Purchase

• 1 Mar 18 (Thur). All endorsed (by physical AcO) acceptance documents are to be submitted to Log Br by 1500H.
• 12 Mar 18 (Mon). Users to assist in prompting Suppliers/Contractors to perform e-invoicing by 1700H. Delay will result in delayed payment to next FY, use up next FY’s fund.

To meet the above timeline set by DFO, the cut off date for submission of request has been set at 12 Feb 18 (refer to mail promulgated in OSN). Late submission is subjected to Hd Log’s approval on case-to-case basis.

Buy & Claim

• 7 Mar 18 (Wed). All endorsed (by physical AcO) Buy & Claim receipts are to be submitted to Log Br by 1500H.
• 12 Mar 18 (Mon). All Buy & Claim requests are to be fully approved in system by 1700H. Delay will result in delayed payment to next FY, use up next FY’s fund.
