Finance analyst в NVIDIA
Duties:
- Filing in chronological manner and checking the tax and accounting documentation (eg expense reports, vacation applications, corp credit cards` documents, parental leaves` documents, payroll applications and orders, sickness periods` documents, VAT papers, bonuses docs, prize winners / bloggers` documents for the PIT reporting, web wallets` transactions` back up papers, Travel advance orders, Inventory papers, Fixed Assets documentation, STATS, etc)
- Preparing marketing events` reports
- Working with employees on the finance documents` requirements
- Answering employees` finance related questions
- Supporting AP team with sending invoices
- Low level compliance paperwork control
- Delivering the documents, regarding the Tax office inquiries, to the Tax Department of the Russian Federation
- Filing day-to –day finance paperwork – register it
Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus.
- Upper intermediate written and oral communication skills in English.
- Degree qualified in a Finance/Accounting discipline.
- A strong sense of urgency and ownership, as well as a sense of pride in the quality of work completed.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, including numbers
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Good organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to new priorities quickly.
