I remember that feeling

Terror and fear eats me up 

My mind filled with uncertainty

Slowly drifting away from sanity

As I gasp and catch my air 

Cold and alone with my demons

Feeling empty throughout the night

Anxiety rising up

Clammy sweaty hands

Mind running through possible scenarios

Replaying the dark and crazy past

They seem to haunt you 

Open the wounds that didn’t seem to heal over the past years

Mocking you everytime 

Weak with no one in this cold world 

What do I do?
