Reminded of the first time his children ever got an opportunity to be in snow. When they walked outside in the snow, the children were very fearful of the steps that they would take as not to sink or get stuck. Ray West said that what he did was to walk in front of them and I took steps. Then said to them, "instead of creating your own footprint, walk in the footprints that I already made [therein]".
