1. What is OneHive?

OneHive is a PUBG Mobile Online Tournaments organizer in India. 

Join us to win the biggest prizes in India, we host online tournaments every day and look forward to seeing you on the battlefield.


2. How to join a tournament?

Once you have chosen the tournament you want to join then apply for that tournament. Once applied you are in the tournament(you can apply to 2 or 3 different tournaments at a time).


3. What is PUBG Username?

PUBG username or In-game name can be found in PUBG Mobile home screen below BP Points (towards left side of your profile picture). 


4. How Long Does It Take To Receive Rewards?

Prize money will be sent to your payment app from which you paid the tournament entry fee within 24 hours from the match time.


5. Why was my account banned from OneHive Tournaments?

Any rule violations in the rules that are identified by the OneHive will lead to the account of the violator being banned for a period of time. 


6. Are Emulators and lite users allowed to participate in tournaments?

Only mobile phones and tablets are allowed, no Emulators and lite users for now. If they apply and pay tournament entry fee to participate then their application will get rejected and no refund of money.


7. Can a OneHive tournament player have permission to record the whole match?

All players are encouraged to record the whole match, including the mobile console with another filming device.


8. When we get room ID and password to join the room?

Notification will be sent to participants with Room ID and Password 15 minutes before schedule time in OneHive - Solo/Duo/Squad' Telegram Channel (which join link is given to the players who paid for the tournament).

  Players are advised to join the room 15 minutes before the game start. If you are inactive at the time of notification and not joined the room, then we are helpless. Without you battle will start and you won't get your entry fee money back.
