1. Does it work for iphone users? 

2. 2. ANS: IPhone users that download movies from our telegram channel but do not know how to play or cannot see them on their phone.

4. 4. -First download the app called "VLC Media player"

5. 5. -Go to our telegram channel and download any movie of your choice. 

6. 6. -After downloading, click on the file, the you'll see an option that says "Done" at the top left edge and another sign at the top right edge. Click on the right one.

7. 7. -Click on "Save to files"

8. 8. -Select a folder called Vlc

9. 9. Then save it there. 

10. 10. Open your vlc app, and enjoy!

11. 2. How do I save movies I downloaded on my ANDROID phone? 

12. 3. ANS: click on the menu bar beside the download item on the channel and you would see save to downloads, click then check your download folder.

13. 3: when I joined the channel, all movies where downloading automatically, why?

14. ANS: click on telegram settings, click data and storage, turn off auto download.

4: some of the videos downloaded has no sound, why?

ANS: use VLC media player, and make sure you update it to the latest version 

5: I downloaded a file and it's not on my phone, I opened telegram again and I was asked to download file again, why?

ANS: firstly, if u want to download any video, your must have twice the space of that video or more I.e if you're downloadin something of 800mb your phone must have a space of 1600mb or more. Secondly, if you have any cleaning app on your phone, eg clean master and the likes, kindly delete the app. Thirdly, do not clear cache while downloading on telegram and also ensure u clear cache weekly ( go to telegram settings, click data and storage, you'll find how to clear cache there).fourthly, do not minimize your app while downloading, stay on the channel until dowload completes.

NOTE: 

If you want to download a file or movie on telegram. Please make sure that the following stated below are in other!

👉 You have a stable network. More like a good 3G network or best a 4G network.

👉 Make sure you have enough sufficient space on your phone storage. Reason is because telegram downloads files or movies to your phone storage.

👉 Please(Important). The moment you click on that download button, a small dot starts to roll right?. Good! Once that dot starts rolling, do not leave the channel page. I repeat, do not leave the channel page or in fact do not leave the telegram app. Telegram works with steady and focused users except you have a phone that can minimise multiple apps without closing them. I'm talking about phones with 4GB to 6GB of RAM... So, as i was saying, once that small dot start rolling around, give it enough time because as the dot starts to roll, it is counting and it increases in size because the file your downloading is not a small file. So don't expect a file of (335mb) to download like a WhatsApp file of (335kb).

     For Quality speed and fast download, i recommend you wait till midnight. So as to download very fast when everyone's asleep. You can use a midnight subscription for it.
