How to delete or customize my profile?
Profiles can give each of your sharing members a personalized Netflix experience. NOTE: Legacy devices manufactured before 2013 do not support personal data.
Each profile allows it to create its own:Language preferences,age rating,specific viewing restrictions,profile lock,watch the activity log,subtitle appearance,play settings,personalized movie and TV show recommendations,my list *,score*,Email (for notification emails, and only for profiles with all age ratings).
You can customize or delete your profile on most devices. To customize or delete personal information:
Visit the "Manage Profile" page.
Select the profile you want to change.
Change the name, picture or language of your profile.
You must change your age rating on the "Account" page.
Save your changes, or select "Delete profile" to completely delete your profile.
NOTE: The main profile of the Netflix account will not be deleted. Once your profile is deleted, you can no longer view its viewing history. If you can’t modify your profile on your device, or are using a mobile device browser, please visit Netflix.com on your computer and follow the steps above.
Can I get my money back if I don't want to use anymore?
