BigMama

Welcome to BigMama

proxies network, we hope your experience with us will be smooth and clear. But... you need to know some things first:

Pricing:

Proxy currently is sold by daily basis, so it sold for 24h only, but you can renew it manually 5 hours before expire time, or turn on "renew" switch in "My Proxies" list to enable auto-renew. Proxy will be auto-renewed at the expire time, for next 24h and its price will be deducted.

There is two lease types Shared and Private. First one means after you leased it, it still might be leased by 3 other people (4 lease per proxy in total). Private means after lease it is removed from market and no one else can use it. So, if you buy proxy listed as Private in Shared mode, it will be marked as Shared 1/4 in market after.

New - means proxy was not leased before.

Refund:

any proxy which is not working can be refunded in first 4 hours of lease, or 4 hours after renew/auto-renew.

Not working means do not serve any request at all, and not "it not works with my site".

We do not measure proxy speeds at it vary too much as of nature of our host devices.

If IP Score do not match shown in market, that is a reason for refund, unless it was heavy used and/or blacklist time is later then it has been leased (means blacklisted due to user usage).

Devices:

our endpoints is mobile phones. If owner of that socks you're bought is home sitter - you'll have permanent wifi. If he is courier - you'll have wifi/cell/ip switched every 30min or so. Person sitting at work in corporate WIFI/IP1 - might have corporate rules applied that wifi with some sites unreachable. after work he walks home - it got cell/IP2, then decide visit a bar - WIFI/IP3, then left it and went to subway - socks died, exited subway - cell/IP3, back home - WIFI/IP4..

There is parameters at the right side: Uptime and Activity, first one means how long device is in our lists, and second means % of this time device is online.

Time:

good to take into account local time of socks you're bought.. So if you take one wifi at 16:00 local time - it means that most probably owner is at work (with covid adjustments) and might leave soon (change IP). but if you see wifi and local time is 22:00+ - it means most probably he is at home and stay there for next 8hrs+-if it is night most probable it will have permanent wifi connection up till morning.

Location:

Location IP change - it is normal, different city, different state, even different country.

for example user can use other VPN on his phone, and you can easily end up in Australia after 5 min, with proxy was in Italia during buy. (we re checking them all during buy process for location / score change)

another option - roaming. for example Italian user travelling to Germany, will have Italian IP while on Cell, and German one when in hotel or other WiFi, there is nothing we can do with that.

multiple locations same IP - mostly for cellular, one checkers using IP Subnet registration address, other checkers some random location ( you can not have exact location for cellular IP, right? )

example below:

Score / Blacklist:

as we mentioned before - we're checking that with getipintel / ipquality each time before sell. But you can get it changed afterwards soon, either because of your own actions, or actions of other operator users, or magical random of the checker service. See refund policy.

as cellular operators have same IP address for many users, some of them might get that ip blacklisted somewhere. in general checkers avoiding to blacklist cellular IP, but it happens.

another possible situation - operator itself mark his own network range blacklisted to avoid spam from his clients. like Charter with his mobile clients - they all are permanently added to spamhaus blacklist by Charter.

and additional explanation from getipintel site:

That is possible. The api generates the score in real time and the backend parses around 100+ million pieces of data per day on average. At 0.90 it shouldn't be a big concern because standard recommendation is to take automated action on values >0.99 (of course you can use your own value after you have used the system for awhile to see which value works best).

This particular IP is a mobile IP and mobile
IPs often have a different devices attached to it quite frequently. For
example, a mobile phone will get a new IP often (they can network reset,
go to a different mobile tower due to roaming, etc). If just one
compromised mobile device is active, it can dirty a lot of IPs very
fast, but once that compromised mobile device is no longer on that IP,
the IP is fine. Due to the high rate of IP allocations, it's also
possible they got a dirty IP from their mobile ISP. I believe this is
the reason why the score is changing often.

Configuration Settings:

#1 DO NOT PUT Socks External IP Address (top high) as a Socks Server IP address!!!

Server address should be "market.bigmama.network", or its IPs

  • 78.129.169.15
  • 62.210.79.225

there is no difference, they work same way.

#2 known issue with sphere (linken sphere) / Che Browser / etc is not working, even showing proxy is ok.

solution: replace hostname "market.bigmama.network" to its respective IP. 78.129.169.15 or 62.210.79.225

#3 Firefox and socks5 proxy

socks5 with authorization is not supported in Firefox or Chrome. to use it with Firefox you need extension, for example FoxyProxy

https://getfoxyproxy.org/

after extension installed, configure your proxy, click Save.

and then enable it:

>> BHW, Zennolab, opnsrc
