How do I order?

When you are ready to place your order please follow these steps:

1. Purchase a sufficient amount of Bitcoins, Moneros or other cryptocurrencies

2. Fill out the order form which you can find in an item you're interested in

3. Contact us and request a Bitcoin address

4. Transfer your payment to us

5. Before shipping, we will send photos/videos of your ready-made document

6. Shipping. You get a tracking number

Where can I buy Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies?

There are many ways to buy Bitcoin, but we highly recommend localbitcoins.com as it offers many ways to pay (Cash, Bank Transfer, Money Transfer Services, etc.). It is fast, secure and easy to use and the friendly sellers there are happy to help people new to Bitcoin

Due to Bitcoin value fluctuations, Bitcoin prices must be calculated at the time of payment using this online calculator

Please insure you purchase enough Bitcoin to cover any fluctuation in price. An extra 5-10 Euro worth is advisable.

Do you accept PayPal, Cash in the Post or Money Orders etc?

No, please do not ask for payment alternatives. It is easy for you to buy Bitcoin with these methods

What is the delivery time / How long till I get my document?

Most of the documents we usually produce and ship within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday). Delivery time takes 5-21

Why so long?

Coz we have several offices in different countries. The time of delivery depends on your location

Where are you from?

We think this kind of question unacceptable as it affects our security. If you are interested in how long the package will go, tell us where it needs to be shipped and we will calculate the approximate time

By what method do you ship my document?

1) We send documents all over the world by using DHL / UPS / FEDEX / EMS / PRIORITY POSTAGE / 1st class Air Mail

2) In most cases, we provide tracking numbers. Only in rare cases do we not do this for security reasons

3) Professional packaging and masking goods give 100% that an order will get to a recipient safely!

How do I provide a photo to you for my document?

Please use the following guidelines when preparing your document photo, and remember that the better your photo is, the better your document will look!

A passport-style photo from a professional photographer or automated photobooth is best (scanned or provided to you in .jpg format)
You can take your own photo with any digital camera, mobile phone camera or webcam using the following guidelines:
Ensure that there is good ambient (daylight) for the photo
Avoid using a flash as it can cause shadows
Stand against a solid, light-colored background
Wear dark /colorful clothing (no white shirts please)
Do not smile, and face the camera squarely
Take the photo from the chest up, zoomed fully out, and leave lots of space around your head we will edit the photo to the correct dimensions
Save the photo in .JPG format

How do I provide a Signature sample?

Providing a signature is very simple. On a clean, white piece of paper and using a good quality blue, or black pen sign your name firmly, and then take a photo at the right angle of the paper, or scan it with a scanner and save it in .JPG format. We can then digitally extract it from the image and place it on your document

Will you print my document first, and then I'll pay you after it's ready?

As much as we would like to offer this service, and have done in the past, unfortunately, the world is filled with dreamers and time-wasters, and those who would actively seek to harm our business. Due to a string of deadbeat customers who failed to pay after their document was made, we can not offer this service. All orders must be prepaid in advance, in full or 50% before and 50% after producing

Why are your payment options so complicated?

We would love to be able to accept Credit Cards and PayPal, but unfortunately due to the nature of our business, it is not possible to become a merchant with these types of payment gateways. We accept cryptocurrencies because it keeps both you the customer, and us safe and anonymous in our transaction. They are a bit more complicated than paying with the click of a button like most websites, but we will walk you through the entire process if you require any assistance

Why are some of the documents you offer older versions?

Documents are always being improved and made more secure by governments, and some of the new and very advanced security features found on the latest documents simply can't be replicated without industrial (and very expensive, non-publicly available) equipment. The documents we offer are ones that we can accurately and fully replicate all the features of, and all are in current use, and circulation, and valid for many more years

Why your documents are so expensive?

We believe that every work should be respected and rewarded. Each of our products corresponds to both price and quality. If you are not satisfied with the price, then simply ignore our offer and look for the cheaper shitty quality. All our products are worth the money you pay. A lot of factors affect the cost of the product. We can not list all the factors. But if the price is set higher than you expected, then there are reasons.

Do you offer bulk rate discounts?

No. All product prices are as listed and are strictly non-negotiable. We no longer offer bulk discounts

Can I resell your documents?

Absolutely! We have many resellers who make a very good profit from document sales. We do not cap the amount you can charge, and there is plenty of rooms for profit!

Can you do a better price for me?

Our prices, terms, and conditions are strictly non-negotiable. We realize in some cultures it is normal to haggle prices, but we take it as a great offense. Messages asking for negotiation of price will be ignored

What is your refund policy if I make a payment and change my mind before ordering?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances or hold discretionary funds in cryptocurrencies for such purposes

What happens if there is a mistake in my document?

In the extremely rare case that we have made an error on your document, we will, of course, replace your document with top priority at no cost to you. If you submit your data with errors and we end up printing it, however, that is not our responsibility, nor will we re-print your document for free. It is critical that you check that all of your data is correct before submitting it

Is it legal to own/buy a Fake document from you?

We ship worldwide, each country with their own specific laws we can not possibly advise our customers on the legality of our products in every country. We advise you to check your local laws before ordering. We take no responsibility for how you chose to use our products

Can I travel with your document without problem?

We heard from our customers that they have successfully used documents for these purposes. But we can not take responsibility and guarantee 100% success for the use of our documents by third parties. There are too many circumstances that we can not control. Therefore, by purchasing documents in our store you are aware of possible failure during the use of the document
