A: Simply click on the one you want do download.

Q: I can't seem to find the songs I downloaded on telegram in my default music player, why ?

A: Songs downloaded on telegram needs to be "saved to music" before it can be seen as shown in the image below

Q: I have successfully downloaded some album zips in this bot, so how can I get them to my music app ?

A: The same way you did 'saved to music' but this time use 'save to downloads'
