Personalized orders
We will be happy to handmade a personalized product for you. Create your personalized item with a choice of engraved initials, dates, and more! You can also personalize any item by adding your company's logo. We offer laser engraving only.
Payment
We accept PayPal only. Using PayPal is simple and fast. You can make a payment using your PayPal account or a credit card without registering for a PayPal account.
If you prefer another payment option, please, feel free to contact us.
What if I don’t have a PayPal account or don’t want to use it?
Just write a personal message to us or send an e-mail: colordinotime@gmail.com, and we'll offer you an alternative payment option.
Can I cancel an order?
If you cancel an order within 24 hours, we'll provide a full refund. If your order has already been packed, we'll provide a partial refund to cover our costs.
How can I return my order if it is not suitable?
You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. We accept returns if:
an item was damaged upon the delivery;
we sent you the wrong product/color.
Please note that you can return an unused item only!
If we send you the wrong product/color, we'll bear the direct cost of returning the product. In any other case, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Please note that personalized products are not-refundable.
What are the conditions for returning items?
If you return an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. Buyers have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Returns are only accepted for defected items. Please contact us before shipping any returns by post.
Gift wrapping and gift message
You can add a gift wrapping and gift message to your order. When placing an order, select a gift box, and add a comment if you want us to add a gift message.

How can I track my order?
Once we ship your item, you can keep track of its progress on its way to you on Etsy.com, the Etsy app, or 17track.net.
When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped worldwide from Ukraine. Usually, order processing takes up to 5 working days. Please note that during the holiday season, we receive an increased amount of orders. Allow a few extra working days for processing time during the holidays. For detailed information about order processing time, take a look at the description of a product you want to purchase. Worldwide delivery takes from 2 to 5 weeks:
USA - 2-3 weeks
Europe - 2-3 weeks
Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 4-5 weeks
