1.  WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We are based in the south of France and ship all packages from here (except for the Cali Directs which are shipped directly by our partner from the USA). 

2. HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?

It will depend on the type of the shipp you will choice.

3. IS THIS 100% SECURE?

If you are in Spain, it’s basically a 99% that your package will arrive and we will REFUND YOU A 50% of your money if it doesn’t. For the rest of Europe and UK there is of course a risk, we always use the most discreet packaging possible, but we can’t control the customs. We will offer big discounts on next orders if it doesn’t arrive, but no refunds.

4. HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS NOT A SCAM?

If you have recently found our page and never done business with us before, it’s completely normal that you doubt if our work is legitimate. That is why we offer a low minimum order for the new customers starting at only 10 grams and have created a Touchdowns & Feedbacks channel where we upload the successfully received packages by our customers. If this is not enough for you and you don’t want to risk, simply buy somewhere else.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

The package gets prepared by first vacuum-sealing the product multiple times to ensure there is no smell at all. Then, we will decorate it as a gift, toys or anything we see convenient. Everything gets desinfected with alcohol spray to eliminate any possible residue. After that, depending on it’s size it will be placed in a box or an envelope and we will proceed to ship it with a courier company like any other item you order on the internet. WE ALWAYS TAKE MAXIMUM PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE BOTH YOURS AND OUR SECURITY!

6. HOW DO I ORDER?

After you have read all this and chosen a product from our menu, proceed to message us on Telegram or Session apps to ask for order. Send us a screenshot of the transaction you made and this information in ONE MESSAGE:

•ADRESS

•PHONE NUMBER (OPTONIAL)

•YOUR ORDER

1-2 days after this, your order will be shipped and we will provide you a tracking code to follow the package at every moment and know when it is going to be delivered. Once you have received your order, PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO GIVE US A FEEDBACK AND SEND A PICTURE , it helps us a lot to prove all our work to the new customers.
