What is a refund?

Refund - this is a form of use of Amazon's policy that allows you to keep the items you purchased and get the full amount of your purchase back. Basically put, ‘refund without return’ or the ‘returnless resolution’ is an Amazon policy where the buyer receives reimbursement for an item without having to return said item. So you can get the item and return the money back.

You can get a refund for items delivered within the last 30 days.

Is it safe?

It is absolutely safe, in the entire history of our work with Amazon, since 2016, there has not been a single case of contacting the police.

With over 8 years of experience and countless successful refunds, we can confidently say that neither we nor our clients have ever encountered any issues. Trust us to deliver a beautiful outcome, just like we have done thousands of times before.

What items can be refunded?

For any item that ships from Amazon's warehouse. Go to the product page, if you see "Ships from Amazon" or "sold by Amazon" under the price, then you can get a refund for that item!


How much do you charge and what are your payment methods?

We charge 15% of the total order amount. 
For example, for a $1000 order, you would pay $1000 * 15% = $150.
Also, we have a minimum commission of $150.

What happens if my refund fails?

Do not open or sell your merchandise until the refund process is complete. In most cases, the success rate is 100%. If you are unsuccessful, you can always return your merchandise in the normal manner for a full refund. You will never be left with unreturned merchandise.

Do I have to sign my name upon delivery?

You can sign with any name, it has no effect, also if you are asked to provide a one-time code to receive the package - just do it.


What is OFM?

OFM - Amazon policy violation messages.
If you often request a refund for products, you can get a message from OFM@amazon.com. 
To avoid this, do not overuse refund requests.

UPD: If your account has not been closed, you can still get a refund!

if amazon policy has not been violated, you have not received such messages, so everything is ok.
