Fake Clients Claiming to be Official Indian Telegram App

Purpose of writing this : I'm writing this to report concern about the Unofficial Clients claiming that it's a Purely Made in India App.

Recently I came to know about a weird rumour that says: 

The Rumour Also Quotes Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Here are screenshots of such Apps from Google Play Store.

Such apps must be taken down if they're violating any of the policies of Telegram LLP.

I'm not saying that all the Unofficial apps should be taken down, but some of such unofficial Clients automatically subscribes the user to Certain Supergroups and Channels (Without any permission from user) immediately after signing up. And Also, they're not Including the word "UNOFFICIAL" anywhere in App Description or Name which is Mandatory to include. This shouldn't be tolerated.

One more point to note that : Such Clients are running in app ads. And those apps promise to reduce ads on per app share of the link / Inviting More users (Google Play Store Link).

Some of those Clients also claim that :

"Original Telegram Messenger Contains Ads while Our made in India Telegram App doesn't"

The channel description also says that :

It is completely made in India App. Uninstall the apps made by Foreign Companies. And Use Teligram because the Tax paid by Teligram Directly Goes Indian Govertment.

There are many apps similar to this on Google Play Store and I strongly feel that such Apps are collecting user data which is Straight Attack on user's Privacy, which is the main concern of The Telegram Messenger. I hope there will be strong action against such Apps and Developers.
