If you select a 838mm (33") wide door or larger then our pre hung doors are fully compliant with Document M building regulations when installed using our guidelines. This frame has a hardwood cill but we also include an Exitex MXS slimline aluminium mobility access cill for extra protection from the weather. We also fit a oak weatherboard to provide further protection from the elements. For additional security we swing the door on 1½ pair of high quality Stainless Steel hinges with integral Hinge Bolts. These single door and frame options are designed for use in full structural openings and should be screwed along the full length of the frame leg.
