The Safco Zenergy Ball, on the other hand, is very solidly made. The legs are steel and very sturdy. The pedestal is made of thick heavy-duty plastic. The product comes unassembled and takes only a few minutes to screw on the legs (4 legs x 3 screws each). Inflating the ball, however, will take you a long time with the included hand pump and I don't recommend that you use it. I used an electric air mattress inflator to save time and spare my arms/hands from repetitive stress injury. Once inflated, it looks like a miniature UFO.Unlike the Gaim, this product does not have a backrest. It forces you to sit straight. The ball is very comfortable and the mesh fabric of the covering is breathable and soft. The texture also prevents slippage. It's taller than my regular desk chair, which elevates my body into better alignment with my desk so that my shoulders can be dropped and in a relaxed position.My only issue is the cost, as it's relatively expensive, however, it is designed to last.
