In this case, the seller did not correctly fill in the data !!! Therefore, the seller is to blame!


2. By phone I was informed that the seller did not fill out the correct data. He did not write the name of the addressee. Therefore, the order did not come to the address.

1. The parcel did not come to my post office. I did not get my order. 

2. The parcel left on August 5 from Belarus back to China (as I was told by phone).

3. By phone inquiry belpost.by I received information that the seller's fault is that he did not write the surname of the addressee (RAEVSKAYA). He wrote only MARINA SERGEYEVNA. Mail does not send parcels without a surname.It is for this reason that the customs did not miss the parcel.
