Sport is very essential for every human life which to keep them fit and fine and physical strength. It has great importance in each stage of life. Participating in sports has been shown to improve health body and mind, fitness and academic performance in children. While sports are obviously great for kids, does it matter when your child plays a team or an individual sports? All we know, all kids are good at from team sports like basketball, soccer while others are from individual sports like golf and swimming.


There are benefits and challenges of both types. Team sports require everyone in the group to have skills, devotion to perform well and also have a sense of community. In some occasions, while team sports build a feeling of community however it can be hard a player who feels left out the group.Also this type of sport shows to increase cooperation and teamwork. Teammates always support each other in their good and bad games.


In individual sports children learn to motivate themselves by working through challenging training sessions. Children who plays in individual sport don't have to wait to make decision or to vote for their plans or their strategies. Thus children try to be independent and confident. Even when groups train together like swimming, golf or gymnastics, being on a team does not make a swimmer faster or a gymnast able to perform difficult skills.


To sum up, both types of sport offer benefits and challenges for children. It depends on much on personality to choose either team sports or individual sports.
