When talking about having a successful life, then it mainly depends on the person and what he or she considers to be a success in life. In this case, we are going to pay attention to financial success and the qualities, that are needed for that kind of life. So, what are the main qualities a person would need?

The first and most important quality is ambition. Ambition is a strong force that makes us move and reach for the stars. But ambition can't exist without some kind of goal. It's important to have goals in life because then you will have stronger ambitions to fulfill those goals and make your life a success. For example, take the Cold War Space race. The USA and the USSR were trying to be the first ones who would send the first man to the moon, and now because of their goals and strong ambitions, we have a space station on the Earth's orbit.

The second important thing is honesty. Being honest will make people trust one another more and a good trust between workers and their supervisors will mean a more productive, friendlier, and stress-free working environment. Of course, being too honest will have some serious consequences that may ruin other people's lives.

In conclusion, if someone wants to have a successful life, then they will need honesty and ambition. Being honest will help people to communicate and trust each other more easily, but being ambitious and setting goals for yourself will be the main thing that would lead us to success.
