How to install an eSIM

Important Note.
An eSIM profile can only be downloaded once.

Please do not remove the eSIM from your device settings until you are done using it. Once a deleted eSIM profile cannot be restored.

How to install an eSIM using a QR code?

Internet is required to install eSIM.
Connect to Wi-Fi or use the mobile Internet of the main SIM card.

Please follow the activation instructions below:

1) To install an eSIM using a QR code, display it on another device or print it out.

2) Next, follow these steps:

On iPhone: «Settings» → «Cellular» → «Add Cellular Plan» → scan the QR code → follow the prompts on your device.

On Android: «Settings» → «Network and Internet» → «Mobile network» → «Add» → «Download SIM card» → scan the QR code → follow the prompts on your device.

On Huawei: «Settings» → «Mobile network» → «SIM card management» → «Add eSIM card» → «+Add eSIM card» → scan the QR code → follow the prompts on your device.

3) Wait for the eSIM to register on the network. This usually takes less than a minute.

4) Turn on the «Data Roaming» mode on this SIM card.

How to install eSIM on iPhone manually?

Internet is required to install eSIM.
Connect to Wi-Fi or use the mobile Internet of the main SIM card.

To manually install eSIM on iPhone, you need to know:

· SM-DP+ Address
· Activation Code

Please follow the activation instructions below:

1) Copy these values from telegram bot:

 «eSIM» → «My eSIM» → select purchased eSIM → «Profile eSIM»

2) Next, follow these steps:

«Settings» → «Cellular» or «Mobile Data» → «Add Data Plan» → «Enter Details Manually» → paste «SM-DP+ Address» and «Activation Code» into the appropriate fields.

3) Wait for the eSIM to register on the network. This usually takes less than a minute.

4) Turn on the «Data Roaming» mode on this SIM card:

«Settings» → «Mobile Data» → turn on «Data Roaming».

How to install eSIM on Android manually?

Internet is required to install eSIM.
Connect to Wi-Fi or use the mobile Internet of the main SIM card.

To manually install eSIM on Android, you need to know:

How to install eSIM on Huawei manually?
