Equitybase has come to give everyone the opportunity to invest directly in high quality commercial real estate, with the liquidity of a stock and earnings of a private equity investment combined without lock-in period and middleman. Equitybase will offer an online diversified real estate investment platform which will be directly available to anyone on the platform. Our main focus is to make the process of investing in the highest quality commercial real estate from around the world simple, efficient, transparent and full liquidity. Equitybase platform will be utilizing a Hybrid Market system which enables high annual return of a private market system along with the liquidity of a public market.
Equitybase Real Estate is the Platform ecosystem-based Contract that implements the Ethereum’s new Blockchain technology to the global Real estate investment industry. Equitybase allows developers and fund managers to offer investment opportunities backed assets to investors around the world. Equity Reserve: Equity Reserve will enact as a secondary reserve operator which provides an additional layer of liquidity to the Equity Exchange platform, it will be utilize as a reserve pool to continuous enable platform users to liquidate their holdings with guarantee buyback on the exchange.
Equity Invest: Equity Invest allow developer and fund manager to tokenize the projects on the platform and provide update project status, disburse funds, along direct interaction with investors.
Investors would be able to track earning, sponsors and project credit rating, payment history, withdraw dividends and gains.
Equity Exchange: Equity Exchange enable investors to liquid or purchase tokenize real estate holdings on the platform via crypto and fiat currency. Equity Exchange will be able to add intrinsic valve base upon the performance and demand of each holdings individually.

Equity Fund target 7%+ annual yield payout from asset operating income on a quarterly basis. Equity Fund growth will comes from its capital event or refinance of asset holding which enable its token holder generate additional yield overtime. WHY BLOCKCHAIN AND SMART CONTRACT
A blockchain is a digital, decentralized, public or private ledger used for all cryptocurrency transactions. It keeps growing as ‘completed’ blocks from the most recent transactions are recorded and added to it in chronological order. Blockchain allows market participants to keep track of digital currency transactions without any central authority. Each computer connected to the network gets a copy of the blockchain, which is downloaded automatically.
Although originally developed as the accounting method for Bitcoin, blockchains are now appearing in a variety of commercial applications today.
A SMART CONTRACT, is a computer program that directly controls the transfer of digital currencies or assets between parties and stored on the blockchain technology. It defines the rules and penalties around an agreement and also automatically enforce those rules. It does this by taking in information as input, assigning value to that input through the rules set out in the contract, and executing the actions required by those contractual clauses. Blockchain is the ideal technology for storing smart contracts because of its security and its immutability. Smart contracts can be used to execute transactions in a wide range of fields such as legal processes to insurance premiums and crowdfunding agreements to financial derivatives.
TOKEN AND ICO DETAILS
The BASE token will be will be the unit of our ecosystem which will provide a zero fee solution to users on our platform. It is an ERC20 standard Polymath token and therefore is much secured. This token is what will be distributed among participants on our network. 360Million tokens will be coined without the addition of any BASE token coined after that. Our tokens will be tradable on other exchange platforms and can be kept in any Ethereum based wallet since it is an ERC20 based blockchain token.
For the BASE token strategy, we believe that as more investors ad trading are made, less BASE tokens will be circulating so the strategy we have developed is that, for our token not to be under deflation each time there will be less tokens available and that will make the price go up.
