from the moment of birth, a person has a certain list of rights. this list is updated until the death, but now we’ll look at rights obtained before 18.

with birth, a child have a right to:

  • have a name, surname and middle name;
  • care of him and self-development;
  • nationality;
  • have a some types of realty;
  • appeal to the guardianship;

upon reaching the age of 6, the child has the right to make a small purchases in stores and spending pocket money at his own discretion

upon reaching the age of 8, he has the right to taking part of children's public associations

upon reaching the age of 10, he becomes a full member of court. he can sign the agreement of change his name/surname. also he have the right to expressing an opinion that affecting his interests

upon reaching the age of 12, he have a right to go to court on some cases, demand his adoption and sign the agreement of change his nationality

upon reaching the age of 16, he have a right to work 30 hours a week, be a member of cooperative, drive a bike and marry

upon reaching the age of 18, he have a right to marry himself, participate in elections, buy low-alcohol and tobacco products, etc
