I am sure there is a reason for another 3 weeks of delay to roll out letter of confirmation.

I'm afraid and wanted to bring to your attention as well, that there is absolutely nothing which is keeping me motivated with indefinite timelines to close this discussion.

I would really appreciate if you could scoop out some time from your busy schedule and bring this to a conclusion. This is hanging me in nowhere situation and we should start alternative discussion if, you also have no clear visibility on when we can have things sorted.
