Elon Musk

There are a lot of celebrities that have caught my attention and my admiring. One of these celebrities who really stands out is Elon Musk.

Born in Pretoria, South Africa in 1971, Elon Reeve Musk had very non-typical interests. He was an avid reader and at the age of 10 he became interested in computing and taught himself computer programming. By the age of 12 he had developed a video game which he sold to a magazine called PC and Office Technology for approximately 500$. This shows that Musk had a born ability to be independent and a good toe in business. In 1995 Musk founded his first company named Zip2 alongside with his brother Kimbal. Today he is the CEO of 8 companies.

Elon musk is 1,88 meters tall. His appearance reminds mostly his father if compared to face lines, eye colour etc. Musk always seems to have a smiling face. I think that he actually can't do an angry face or a mourning face because of the way his face structure is built. He has a relatively rounded face shape and clearly visible cheekbones. Most of the time he is seen wearing a suit or a formal jacket.

His personality is a little nervous. He has a fast walking pace and wants to get things done quickly. When asked questions, he answers them directly, without any fuss. He always seems to think a few steps ahead and doesn't like to let any time go to waste. When speaking to him, he can turn out to be kind of cold. He could answer emails on his phone while talking to you. He isn't unpleasant but just direct and polite. That is understandable because he is a big man and has to be everywhere in time.

Apart from his several businesses, he doesn't have a lot of free time. He is a workaholic and often doesn't get enough sleep. He said that sometimes, coffee is his best friend. Averagely he gets around 6 to 6.5 hours of sleep every day. His non-work time includes mostly spending time with his family. He doesn't have any remarkable hobbies but he does play computer games because he is a programmer and computers are well known to him. Also it is known that he bakes cookies every Sunday morning. When having time for himself, he mostly reads books and learns new things that he thinks will be useful to him.

As we can see Elon Musk is a very busy man in a very big business world. I admire him because of his energy and the things he has accomplished. He puts so much effort into changing the world to a better cause. If we would have more people like him, there would be no hunger, pollution and other problems like these. When I have lack of motivation, I always remind myself of Elon Musk and try to resemble him.
