There isn't a link available to click" I had to do some googling myself but found the assembly instructions on the manufacturer's website: Connect the black frame to the chair base, then connect each leg to the black frame. When I purchased the chairs, the whole bottom section is assembled already, so all you have to do is connect the bottom section to the plastic chair piece with the rubber grommet between the bottom section and plastic chair, then just screw it all toegher. It took me less than 5 minutes per chair. "The base of the chair has rubber slip covers for the hooks that attach to the seat. Do those come off or stay on?" I removed them it was easier to assemble. when you put the screws in just make sure you don't put them in all the way until you have all 4 on. Thats probably the only advice I can give for putting the chair together.
