E-commerce Manager в LEGO
Working on a strategic as well as on a tactical and operational level – your responsibilities will be:
• Build an understanding of the retail landscape across all channels including online, mobile and in-store
• Define annual E-commerce LEGO business plans in cooperation with the customers, implement digital strategy and activation plans
• Work with the E-commerce team and other account managers to identify opportunities and develop digital activations
• Collaborate with our retailers to bring our brand to life, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Measure customer KPIs on an ongoing basis, establishing a short insight-to-action process to quickly adapt and optimize activities
• Give inputs to strategical and tactical decisions based on web analytical insights
• Develop standardized tools and processes as you build holistic relationships with core teams such as marketing and operations
We want to see your dedication as well as:
• 2+ years work experience in e-commerce or related marketing disciplines, minimum 1 year experience in Project/Product management
• University degree (advantage: marketing or IT related studies)
• Deep knowledge of digital sales and User Experience/Usability disciplines
• Fluent Russian and confident communication level English knowledge
• Full understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape, and the dynamics of e-Commerce and Omni-channel, as well as thorough knowledge of new shopper acquisition channels
• Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications
• Strong analytical and communication skills
