MISSION:
- Provide a clear vision of current E-commerce performance to the Commercial Team based on performed deep analysis on timely basis
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assessment of all e-commerce activities & performance
- CRM actions report and P&L
- Product analysis and offer analysis
- Various ad-hock, simulations and profitability analysis
- Commercial action forecast for budget and respective follow up
- Improving analytical tools and further automatization of reports
- Providing advices based on analysis and gaining recognition as business partner
- Working in cooperation and under supervision of Finance Controlling team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in business analysis 2+ years
- Knowledge of E-commerce business and analytical models
- Relevant experience is a considerable plus in a similar position
- Ability to work in Multi task environment with multiple teams under tough time pressure
- Strong skills of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Excel expert
- Google analytics is an advantage
- Any kind of CRM is a plus
