I want to speak about food from others countries. Here, in Moscow, we have a really interesting situation in food sector. It is not a secret, that Japan food, like sushi and rolls, are one of the most popular dishes in cafe and restaurants in Russia. The Japanease are very suprised by this fact. They don't recognize this dishes, that our caffes calling "Japanese food". I think the reason is in our traditions. People in Russia dont eat raw fish and something like this. The restaurans replaced strange components of food to more traditional analogue. Now we have our variant of Japaniase rolls. In others countries it has a funny name - "Russian rolls". And this just one example of food integration to our reality.
