3 WHAT IS DOXING?
Dox is short for docs which is short for documents. When you dox someone, you gain lots of their personal information, whether it be for revenge, payback, money or simply just for fun. It can be used to show power over someone or it can be used to just show someone that you’re not the one to be fucked with, so it could be a great defense mechanism. Nobody wants to mess with someone that has hold of their information especially as we get into the SSN and Credit Report section!
This eBook will go over various methods, techniques and ways to gain information on your target so they’ll know not to mess with you again as you have their personal information and you’ll release it to the public if they don’t fuck off. Doxing someone isn’t illegal, however posting the dox of a minor can get you in trouble. So think twice before you post your target’s dox on Pastebin and they’re only a 14 year old kid. Charging someone to take the dox down can also get you into trouble, so don’t think you immediately have blackmail power of them, however in a way you do.
If you know what you are doing and you want to go ahead with such illegal things then be sure to use a VPN or TOR or a proxy when uploading your Dox or if possible, at all times. The police won’t usually come after someone unless the dox contains a credit report or an SSN so keep that in mind. I will go more into depth on staying anonymous whilst doxing later on.

4 DOXING TEMPLATE
Using doxing templates are a perfect way to keep all your information organized accordingly to your data and information you have collected. Below you will find an example of a doxing template and you can even use it as it will make things 10x as easier knowing all your information is easily accessible. I recommend saving this template into notepad or any text editing software that suits you.
If you are learning to dox in hopes In future you start your own doxing service, then be sure to know that this is 100% vital as your customers expect a neat and tidy dox, and that’s where doxing templates come in handy.

5 ANONYMOUS DOXING (STAYING HIDDEN)
Okay so, we all want to dox however we all have this fear of being caught.
If you get caught doxing the wrong people, you can only blame yourself for not using the correct tools like a VPN, TOR or proxies. We need to get our information silently – in and out – without being noticed. To start we’ll need a browser that will cover up our IP address and prevent someone from DDoSing us if they catch us doxing them… This browser is known as TOR, a lot of people use this that care about their anonymity. To get TOR, simply go to their website – https://torproject.org/ -- and download it. It is a simple setup and is pretty self-explanatory.
Now that was have TOR, we don’t want to get into it yet, we need to get a VPN so we can cover up our IP address even more. A free VPN could work if you’re not intending on doing illegal things like grabbing SSNs and such. A paid VPN that doesn’t keep logs could work if you’re doing things like grabbing SSNs. I don’t recommend any free VPN since they’ll give your IP up quicker than you can read this sentence… that’s fast.

6 RETRIEVING YOUR TARGETS IP ADDRESS
There are a lot of ways to get your target’s IP address. One of them includes using Skype Resolvers. I’ll list a few that you can use to complete this task, please remember that blocking skype resolvers is possible so in that case, you will need to use an IP logger.
If all else fails and you want to do it in a more technical manor, look into using Cain and Abel or Wireshark for tracking Skype calls, Xbox live parties, Steam chats etc.

It’s quite simple to use, just find the field where it asks you to enter a skype username, and enter your victim’s username in and the IP will hopefully pop up. If it does not work their servers may be down, so try another skype resolver (listed above).
To retrieve someone’s IP an IP logger is also quite simple. An IP logger is a link that you can get your victim to go to and their IP will be logged and sent back to you, it’s a simple system but effective. Just google IP Loggers (there are hundreds of free ones around) or try the above listed Skype Resolver sites as they will be most likely on their as well
If the link looks suspicious as fuck which it most likely will, use a link shortening site where the link will not only be shorter but look less suspicious.
Some link shortening sites are, (goo.gl, not allowed, ow.ly, qr.ae, tinyurl.com, bit.do)

7 USING THEIR IP ADDRESS
Now that we have our target’s IP address, we can do a few things to get their dox. There are a list of “IP to Location†or “GeoLocators†tools that I’ll list below after explaining this. There is NOT ONE of these that gives you their exact address, only things like their city, state, area code, etc… but not their address. I’ll explain how to get this later with their IP.

IP2Skype Tools
There is another thing you can do with their IP Address. Say you didn’t send them an IP logger on Skype, and you’ve sent it to them on another site. Don’t you want to find their Skype?
You can easily trace their IP address back to their Skype account with IP2Skype tools online. It’s pretty simple

8 ISP DOXING
I’ll remind you again that this method is blackhat, meaning it is illegal and can get you into a fuck load of trouble, but don’t worry too much… just don’t be an idiot and don’t call with your regular phone.
Try finding a free calling service online and connect to the site using a VPN + TOR + Proxy combination and you should be safe, but you can add more to be extra safe while doing this like VPN + VM + VPN + TOR + Proxy + Caller, it’s up to you. You can never be too safe.
So for this it requires you to call up your victims ISP in order to receive further information on them, if it works then you would have advanced in your task a lot quicker.
To find your victims ISP you will need their IP and upon searching up on an IP lookup site, finding their Provider and googling their provider to find a contact number.
Once you call them up, you want to say that you work for a company and you are wanting to track someone’s IP to make sure they are not messing with you or for verification. I found this perfect example online –

ï¶ You: Hey, this is Tom, I’m trying to look up a customer using our ISP tool (Make sure you know what ISP tool to use otherwise if they ask you will look like a fool) but my computer is acting up really bad and this customer is getting impatient.

ï¶ You: The thing is, all I have is their IP Address since I’m in a chat with them right now, could you
please look it up in one of our tools? ï¶ ISP: Sure thing, give me a second, Tom.

ï¶ ISP: Here we go, what would you like to know? I’ve pulled up the customer and I have their
information here.
ï¶ You: Could I get their full name, address and phone number please?
This can go on forever, just don’t get too cocky or you will sound suspicious.

9 DOXING WITH: ZIP CODE
If you have your target’s zip code, you can usually find the city the target is in. You can also find the state the target is in, along with country. This’ll come in handy if you need extra verification on something. It won’t give you much but it’ll always be nice to have extra verification on your dox. It’ll also help you if you’re near a dead end on your task. The more the dox includes, the better the dox is so this part will come in handy.

10 DOXING WITH: AREA CODE
If you have your target’s area code, you can usually find the city the target is in. You can also find the state the target is in, along with their country. This’ll come in handy if you need extra verification on something. It won’t give you much but it’ll always be nice to have extra verification on your dox.
This will also help if you are up to a dead end with your task. The more your dox contains, the better.

11 DOXING WITH: EMAIL
If you have a target’s email, doxing them should become fairly easy. There are multiple methods to use in doxing with their email like Facebook doxing, PayPal doxing, and simple searches so I’ll go over the good methods.
Using PayPal with their Email –
If you have your targets email, log into PayPal. This method will require you to have sent at least ‘0.1c’
To the victim. Wait about 2-5 minutes and refresh the main PayPal home page so you can get their full name. I’m pretty sure PayPal has patched seeing your targets other information like their address using this, so all you’ll get is their full name.
Using Facebook with their email –
If your target hasn’t already told you their facebook, then simply pasting the email into facebooks search bar, should bring up their account for you or any account attached to that email.
Using Google –
So by using search terms such as their email, will bring up related things about the person possibly even accounts. Just give it a google, It may be worth it!

There are tons of sites that you can use to search their email for, kind of like IP to location tools.

12 DOXING WITH: NAME
If you have their full name, doxing them can be easier but not 100% accurate as a lot of people can have the same name as your target. You should get their IP and search it with their city or state just to make sure it is in fact them your search finds up.

If you’re on whitepages.com, the default page will allow you to input their first name and last name into the box that says “first and last nameâ€, once you put their name there, put their city or state in the box that says “city, state or zip†and click the search button and you’ll be taken to the results page.
If your target isn’t 18 so he isn’t showing up, then look on his/her facebook if they have one and look for family members, perhaps parents that they live with and use their name on the search instead.

13 DOXING WITH: PHONE NUMBER
A lot of sites allow you to dox someone using their phone number, I’ll use whitepages.com in my explanation of using these but you can use what you’d like.

Once you’re on whitepages.com, click the tab that says “phone†and input their number to search for them. This option could give you their full name and address. Search their full name to get extra information on your target.

14 DOXING WITH: ADDRESS
If you have the target’s address but not their phone number or full name, then you can use sites to search for the owner of the address. Im not sure how the hell you got their address but not their name or phone number, but I’m not asking questions here so let’s do it.

15 DOXING WITH: ALIAS
Okay, so if your target is using an alias that you know they use frequently, then doxing them with it could be done and they just made your job easier.
Keep in mind not everyone has a unique Alias and don’t be surprised if your findings aren’t accurate.

Once you’re on Pipl, grab your target’s alias and copy it. Once you copy it, paste it into the box that says “Name, Email, Username, or Phoneâ€, and if you have their location, you can also input that for a better search. It’ll come in handy if you don’t have a specific alias on your target. Once you have their alias in the search bar, click the search button and it’ll show the results with your target’s alias on it.
Tip: Doxing by Alias isn’t always accurate as said above, so if you think that it’s not your victim, it probably isn't.

I don’t really recommend using tools but I’ll throw these in here for those who are lazy or just want to use them for extra verification, etc.
I will be providing you with a bunch of programs that are on hackforums, I do not vouch for these programs, so don’t blame me if you end up finding a RAT on your PC.

So you have a few pictures of your victim, eh? Too easy to track that picture and find the exact same picture on other sites! All you need is the right websites

I recommend using tineye. So once you are on tineye, just simply upload or click + drag your picture from your computer onto the website and it will upload and check through its billions of images in its database. If it finds a match, the output will be listed with the website link.
This is very useful as if people use different aliases but the same picture.
Please be aware that this will not work with images that are viral or out on the internet.
This is to be used for personal pictures such as selfies, artworks or whatever your victim does personally.

18 DOXING WITH: ANCESTOR SEARCH UP
Alright, so now, you might want to get the target’s ancestors to make the dox even better.
This is where this part of the tutorial comes in, they’d be really freaked out if you had their mom’s name in your hands. You can also use this to your advantage if your target’s ancestor, be sure to throw it in the dox under a new section called “Ancestor Information†or something similar to that.
Remembering the more information you have, the better.

19 DOXING WITH: RETRIEVING SSNS (SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS)
This part of the tutorial is only for black hats. If you get caught pulling SSNs, then you could get in a great amount of trouble so make sure you stay hidden with the anonymous tips.
It’d be smart to NOT post this on pastebin, as appose to posting it on doxbin.
You can pay for someone’s SSN for around $4 in BTC. It is a low chance that you will find people accepting PayPal.
Sites to pull SSNs –

Once you’re on one of these sites, you can sign up for an account and build your BTC balance so you can pay for your target’s SNN.
Make sure to use a VPN/VM/VPS/Proxy/TOR when purchasing from these sites. Remember you won’t to be completely untraceable. This is vital as this is very illegal. NEVER purchase from a site that allows PayPal. NEVER EVER.

20 CREDIT REPORTS
Getting Credit Reports from your victim will make your dox look heaps better and you can do some pretty nice things with their credit report and SSN.
Basically, all you have to do to get their Credit Report is to sign up to the sites under their information or look for them to get their credit reports.

I know, there isn’t many but regardless, you can find your own if this one doesn’t work for you. This is just one I have off the top of my head. This will come in handy if you REALLY want to scare the shit out of your victim.
Be sure to be behind a VPN + TOR + A proxy or two to be extra safe when pulling credit reports. Nobody wants to be caught while pulling illegal things.

21 DEAD-END FIXES
This may seem like a useless part to this guide, but is it not. If you’re at a dead end with your dox, then this part in the tutorial will come in handy.
There are lots of people willing to help you complete a dox for the hell of it because they’re bored. Even the most experienced doxers need help with a dox sometimes so this can come in handy.
There are people all over SkidPaste.org ready to help you complete your dox.
Just make a paste stating that you are near a dead-end and you need help completing the dox and leave your skype, jabber, email or any contact you can give.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help, people might be able to find new things that you didn’t find and you can ask them how, and continue to learn about advanced doxing.

22 WHAT TO DO WITH THE DOX
Well this might seem a tad useless as well as the asking for dead-ends, it’s a simple question “What can I do with this amazing dox?â€
It’s simple, remember WHY you doxed this person in the first place. Below is a little key/legend list.
 Revenge – Posting it on paste sites.
 Blackmailing – Showing him the dox and having his own information on him.
 Fun – Just show the victim the dox or certain information on them and scare the shit out of
them!
 Fun 2 – You can order a shitload of pizzas to your target’s house, this’ll piss off both the driver
and the target because they’re both having their time wasted, and it’s pretty funny.  Fun 3 – Send Males/Female Escorts to their house!
 Fun 4 – Yard Giveaway! – Post an ad on craigslist saying you are giving free shit away and give
them your victims address!
 Fun 5 – Order a spooky/anonymous/hackers bandana or mask and send it to the persons address! This’ll scare the shit out of them as they would know a hacker is watching.
