to my knowledge , it does not have constant air flowing in. u just flip the switch to turn it on and put in more air. it is quiet and mostly, never needed to b filled with more air. it holds the air very good, not like a regular air mattress. Is the mattress replaceable? It comes with patches to address any tears or leaks - similar to a bike tire What are the 'Closed" dimensions of the queen sized bed? Standing up on its wheels it measures 14.5" wide, 21" long and 32.5" high.
