Outside noise level is nonexistent; we used to have to put up with power tools and generators almost daily. Heat levels have reduced considerably too. On a 44 degree Celsius day I turned the air-con on at 10am and off again at 1pm. The house stayed cool for 6 hours before needing AC again!
