Doug Robertson - Managing Director Started in the Security Industry as an apprentice in 1984 with a major security company where he had a good grounding in Engineering, before moving into technical sales in 1994. He was a Branch Manager with a West Country based company before being instrumental in the formation of Fullstop Fire and Security Ltd, which he has run since it commenced trading in 2001. Dave Robertson - Sales Director Has been in the Security Industry for over 50 years and his experience includes operating as an Engineer, Surveyor, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and National Sales Director level for a major security company as well as running his own NACOSS approved. Terry Skeggs - Engineering Manager Terry joined Fullstop in 2008 after previously working within the Manned Security Industry. During his time at Fullstop, Terry has risen up through the ranks here having previously been responsible for the Accounts, Administration and Service Departments, to the role of Engineering Manager to which he holds to date.




Roy Harvey - Technical Sales Roy has been in the Fire & Security Industry for 16 years, in his initial years he specialised within the Fire Industry giving him a firm grounding in this field. His past experience  includes all FIA modules and he has been an approved BAFE designer for the last 8 years, In later years his knowledge has evolved to include all aspects of the Security Industry. Lisa Theobald - Engineering Support Lisa joined us from a Services Role within the Government Sector and her past experience includes 12 years in Accounts as well as General Administrative duties. Since Lisa joined us in 2010 Lisa has been responsible for General Administration Accounts, Switchboard Operations and now Engineering Support. Fullstop Fire & Security was established in Exeter in 2001 and London in 2003.  We provide the installation and maintenance of all types of electronic fire and security for residential, commercial and industrial applications. All of our installation work is undertaken to the highest possible standards within the industry and we are subject to regular inspections by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) to NACOSS Gold standard for security and BAFE for fire systems.




These inspections include technical proficiency, administration procedures and financial stability, to ensure that these standards are being adhered to. Fullstop Fire & Security are also approved by separate Health & Safety Accreditation bodies to ensure that the wellbeing of our staff, customers and the public is paramount. Fullstop Fire & Security purchased the shares of Crisdan Security Systems in 2008 and Monitor Fire and Advanced Security developments in 2011.  We have gone from strength to strength, with our three offices covering the South West, South East and London areas, offering installation, maintenance and monitoring services. In addition to the extensive experience of our principals, Fullstop employs professional and qualified engineers and administrative staff with exceptional skills and expertise. By employing people with a helpful and friendly outlook as well as for their knowledge and experience, Fullstop aim to be easy to do business with. Apart from ongoing Health & Safety and equipment training for experienced Engineers, Fullstop also support the Skills for Industry training for youngsters.  




This involves day release training and education at local Colleges together with ‘on the job’ training culminating in a Level 3 qualification for Security Installations. Dave Robertson - Managing Director Started as an apprentice at a Company called Rely-a-Bell in May 1960.  Dave’s experience includes operating as an engineer, Surveyor, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and National Sales Director level for a major security company as well as running his own NACOSS approved company for 12 years. Dave supported his son Doug in the formation of the company in Exeter in 2001, providing the expertise to ensure the company was built on solid foundations, now fully based in London Dave still provides valuable support to Exeter. Dave formed Fullstop in London with Neil Barber in 2003. Neil Barber - Operations Director Has been working in the Fire and Security industry since 1986, during this time Neil spent 12 years trading as Premier Services carrying out installation and maintenance of all forms of security, fire and data systems.  




He has also been Operations Manager for a Quality Assured local security company. Deryck Bottomley - Director Has been in the Fire industry since 1970 including working for 3 major fire companies at engineer, surveyor and contract manager level.  He then spent 12 years with Dave Robertson as a Director of a NACOSS approved company, developing his knowledge of the electronic security industry.  Deryck formed Monitor Fire in 2001 and was appointed to the Board of Fullstop in August 2011 following the integration of the 2 Companies. Julian Crouch – Director Has worked in the Fire and Security industry since 1999.  His experience includes working with major fire and security companies and a large electrical contracting company.  Julian’s roles have included working as a senior commissioning engineer, project manager and systems designer.  Julian has worked in conjunction with Fullstop for over 10 years before finally joining the company in November 2013.  Julian has joined to spearhead a technical partnership between Fullstop and Eurofyre, a bespoke aspiration fire alarm specialist, noted for their Microbore EF-FT & LASD aspiration systems.




Natalie Breen - Finance Manager Has been in the Security industry since 1999  and her experience includes 8 years as Office Manager of a major security company. Natalie has responsibility for Fullstop’s finances and overseeing general procedures. Both Companies are National Security Inspectorate (NSI) approved, the NSI are the premier inspectorate body for the security industry.  In addition to monitoring their approved companies with regard to British and European Standards the NSI have Codes of Practice for Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access control (which includes door entry systems).  Fullstop are NSI NACOSS Gold approved in both offices and BAFE accredited for Fire Alarm Systems in Exeter (BAFE accreditation is in progress for the London office). In addition to the NSIs training and monitoring of Health & Safety issues Fullstop are SAFEContractor, Safe4site, Link-Up, Exor and ContractorPlus Approved. Fullstop Fire & Security cover the whole of Southern England generally south of a line from the Wash to just North of Bristol and South Wales.
